Noah graduated from Brown University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in math. He was a professional poker player from 2006 to 2010, starting at small stakes STTs, and eventually working his way up to mid/high-stakes NLHE 6-max cash games. Towards the end of his career, he was also a poker coach, a Guest Pro for PokerSavvy and a video producer for DeucesCracked. Noah is well-known in the online poker community, where goes by the moniker NoahSD, and he has appeared on many poker radio shows and podcasts.

Since retiring as a professional poker player, Noah has remained active in the poker community, where his principal interest is in poker security. He uncovered the Stoxtrader collusion scandal, the Absolute Poker keno scandal (with fellow S:P founder Thomas Bakker), and many smaller scandals. Together with Thomas, Noah conducted an extremely extensive investigation for Cake Poker to determine whether anyone had exploited a discovered encryption vulnerability to cheat on that site.

Noah and Thomas founded Subject: Poker because of general dissatisfaction with the established poker media. In his capacity as editor-in-chief, Noah reads, edits, and approves all content that is published on the site. When he is not busy with Subject: Poker, Noah occasionally finds time to write for his blogs, http://www.nsdpoker.com/, where he posts his opinions about all things poker-related as well as some completely unrelated topics, and http://www.solipsistslog.com/, where he posts about nerdy things that interest him.

So, we're reaching out to the community for help on this one and holding a contest to see who can design us the best logo. We know that...
